What’s changing?
Beginning September 15, 2025, updated list prices will apply to both Cloud and Data Center apps across the Tempo portfolio. These changes impact all brands under the Tempo umbrella, including former brands Tempo, Prime, ALM Works, Old Street Solutions, and Alpha Serve.

10% – All other Tempo Atlassian Marketplace apps (including all brands)
Set 1-10 cloud tier to $1.00 per user for former AlphaServe brand apps (i.e. Power BI Connector for Jira, etc.)
Marketplace pricing protections
We understand that price changes require planning. As part of Atlassian’s Marketplace programs:
60-day price override: Existing customers can renew or purchase at the old price for 60 days after the price change, as long as the quote is created before the override deadline and is for the same user tier.
Cloud evaluators: If you’re trialing a Tempo Cloud app, you can still buy at the current price before your evaluation expires.
Data Center evaluators: New prices apply unless a pre-existing quote is in place.
Important: Certain quote or cart changes may trigger pricing recalculations – please work with your channel partner to avoid surprises.
