Why we're updating pricing
We understand that price changes raise questions, especially when every investment is closely scrutinized. Here's why we're making this adjustment, and what it means for you.
Faster, larger-scale reporting: The redesigned Timesheets Reports page, Jira's expanded bulk fetch limit, and the removal of the legacy 10,000-row export cap mean teams spend less time waiting on data.
AI embedded into daily workflows: The Rovo-powered Worklog Assistant in Timesheets and Rovo-powered hierarchy and formula creation in Structure have added extra functionality, power, and ease-of-use to our tools.
Compliance-grade infrastructure: Atlassian Government Cloud availability now spans five product lines, and centralized audit logging now covers Tempo Projects end-to-end.
A new product line: Workforce Intelligence reached general availability in August 2026, giving teams visibility into human and AI-assisted work at the Jira issue level – with another major release coming soon.
This pricing update ensures we can continue building toward that future.
Marketplace pricing protections
We understand that price changes require planning. As part of Atlassian's Marketplace programs, these are the protections that will carry over for your customers
60-day price override: Existing Tempo customers can renew or purchase at the old price for 60 days after the change, as long as the quote is created on or before the override deadline on November 14th, 2026, and is for the same user tier.
Cloud evaluators: If you're trialing a Tempo Cloud app, you can still buy at the current price before your evaluation expires or by the 14th of October 2026.
Data Center evaluators: New prices apply effective 15 September unless a pre-existing quote is in place. We will honor the validity date on the current quote before or up to the 14th of October 2026, whichever comes first.
Important: Certain quote or subscription changes may trigger pricing recalculations – please speak with your channel partner or account manager to avoid surprises
