Migrations and mergers: The story of MasOrange and Structure PPM

From Team '23

Tempo Team

MasOrange is the largest telecommunications operator in Spain – managing around 31 million mobile and seven million broadband subscribers.

After a major merger between Orange España and MásMóvil that formed MasOrange in 2024, they had a lot of processes to unify and began a migration of their old Jira and Confluence DC processes to the cloud.

We spoke with their Atlassian product owner, Daniel Gutiérrez Quintián, about the challenges of combining workflows and migrating to the cloud – and how Structure PPM helped calm the chaos.

Quintián added that Structure helps MasOrange‘s to see all of their work in a single view – all while keeping it simple to use and accessible for everyone.

“Structure PPM and the Gantt Charts add-on – it’s very useful for our C-suite. With Gantt, they have everything they want.”

Daniel Gutiérrez Quintián, Atlassian product owner
