Horizon’s Jira Administration and PMO teams built custom integrations with ScriptRunner. Those integrations created consistent Jira hierarchies and automated reporting processes. Tempo's support and documentation provided detailed guidance and best practices throughout the rollout.

Now, more than 130 teams across Horizon use Timesheets for project tracking and reporting.
