In order for teams to gain a better understanding of their capacity, Tempo has added an automatic effort estimation feature to the Team Planning View in Planner by Tempo - streamlining the processes of either importing effort from original Jira epic estimates or manually adding it to team plans.
With this new feature a team's estimates effort can be shown in hours and in FTE units. The FTE estimate is calculated based on the start date, the end date, the original estimate and default Workload Scheme in the Workload Scheme settings.
