25 January 2023 Previously, when using Tempo Capacity Planner, your options for conducting team planning were the Resource Planning view or the Team Timeline. Tempo's new Team Planning View now uses automation to visualize Jira Epics assigned to Tempo Teams on an intuitive timeline.
With the new Team Planning View, users can:
Save time when planning for team initiatives by populating Jira Epics with custom Tempo Team and Project Data.
Connect the work of ALL teams into one view by combining multiple teams with their respective team members on the same screen.
Reduce risk of over-allocating shared team members with the ability to view planned efforts of those employees on multiple teams.
Easily pivot when plans change with the ability to reschedule and edit Jira Epics within Planner.
These new views show multiple Tempo Teams at once along with the team members and shared resources of each.
