Public API's v4 Update

On November 1st, 2023 Tempo will stop running REST API versions 3.0 and 4.0 in parallel, and will deprecate version 3.0

We urge you to make your developers aware of this change so you take advantage of these performance improvements.

In October of 2022, the new REST API, version 4.0 was released to all Timesheets and Capacity Planner Cloud customers. This new version offers better performance because we have streamlined the backend processes to deliver a faster response time.

The open API format also offers an increase from 1000 records in version 3.0 to a maximum of 5000 records per API call in version 4.0
