We are excited to announce that Tempo’s Cloud Help Center will soon be moving to a new site on help.tempo.io, giving our customers a brand new resource for learning content, guides and tutorials, product update videos, and much more. We are putting the finishing touches on the site as we speak, and will be releasing it to customers on February 3, 2021.
We have heard from many of you over the years that it is often difficult to find the content you are looking for, in part due to the poor search capabilities offered within Confluence, our current platform. We have also received many requests to provide additional learning content in our Help Center that is mobile-friendly, more intuitive and easier to navigate on a variety of devices. The new Cloud Help Center will address all of these needs and more, and we will continue to add content over the coming weeks and months to provide our customers with a one-stop-shop for all their documentation and learning needs.
