We are sunsetting our Quickbooks Online connection

Tempo is continually reviewing its product and service offerings to ensure that they are technologically advanced as well as robust and supportable. With that in mind, we have decided to start the process of sunsetting parts of our tech stack, starting with Tempo’s connection to QuickBooks Online. 

Unfortunately, our connection to QuickBooks Online has not taken off as expected, so we have decided to announce the end of date for Tempo’s connection to QuickBooks Online. As of April 2020, it will no longer be available for purchase.

Important note for existing customers: Since we are retiring Tempo’s connection to QuickBooks Online, you will have to upgrade to a new version of Tempo Connect: QuickBooks Online via your UPM in Jira, available April 22, 2020. The new version will be free so you won’t get charged when it's time to renew.

You will be able to use Tempo Connect: QuickBooks Online for free until the application is retired on September 1st, 2020. During this time we will continue to support usage-related questions i.e. on how to use the application. No further code fixes will be made except for critical or severe bugs if applicable. Additionally, our APIs will continue to be maintained and can be used to access the data.
