This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for access and use of this Website and Tempo mobile applications.
Tempo End User License Agreement
This EULA applies to all Tempo customers who purchase a Tempo license for Jira for the following products by Tempo: Timesheets by Tempo - Jira Time Tracking, Planner by Tempo – Resource Planning & Capacity Planning, Cost Tracker by Tempo, Budgets by Tempo, Timesheet Reports & Gadgets by Tempo - Jira Time Tracking, Time Reports by Tempo, and any separate add-ons, macroses, extensions, etc. provided for such products by Tempo.
Structure End User License Agreement
This EULA applies to all Tempo customers who purchase a Tempo license for Jira for the following products by Tempo: Structure by Tempo - Jira Resource Management & Planning PPM, Structure.Gantt by Tempo, and any separate add-ons, macroses, extensions, etc. provided for such products by Tempo.
Custom Charts End User License Agreement
This EULA applies to all Tempo customers who purchase a Tempo license for Jira for the following products by Tempo: Custom Charts for Jira Reports and Jira Dashboard Filter, Custom Charts for Confluence: Jira Dashboard Report & Filter, and any separate add-ons, macroses, extensions, etc. provided for such products by Tempo.
Tempo SaaS Subscription License Agreement
Our agreement applies to all Tempo customers who purchase a Tempo SaaS Subscription, including Time by Tempo, Capacity by Tempo.
Roadmunk SaaS Subscription License Agreement
Our agreement applies to all Tempo customers who purchase a Tempo SaaS Subscription for Roadmunk by Tempo - Advanced Jira Roadmaps & Templates.
LiquidPlanner SaaS Subscription License Agreement
Our agreement applies to all Tempo customers who purchase a Tempo SaaS Subscription for LiquidPlanner.
