    What is Tempo’s short-term roadmap?

    We developed a preliminary roadmap to highlight our strategy for migration to Cloud or Data Center. This roadmap is intended to give a general sense of how our migration offerings will develop over the months to come, and outline our ongoing support of our migrating customers.

    What’s on the roadmap?

    • Jira Server to Cloud App Assessment

      Tempo has participated in the Jira Server to Cloud Migration app assessment since the spring of 2020 and will continue to do so moving forward. This allows you to access product comparisons and other resources for a wide range of apps.

    • REST APIs

      We are working to develop REST APIs to assist you in the manual migration of Tempo data from Server to Cloud. These include APIs for holiday schemes, workload schemes and work attributes.

    • Jira Cloud Migration Assistant App - EAP

      The EAP stage of the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant App will allow you to migrate all Tempo data except for configurations.  This includes everything from Accounts to custom fields and more.

    • Jira Cloud Migration Assistant App - Full Release

      The full release of the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant App will allow you to migrate all Tempo data listed above as well as configurations.

    • Data Residency in Europe

      While Tempo Cloud data is currently housed in the United States, we are working to offer our customers the option to house their data center infrastructure in Europe. More details to follow.
