The brand new Resource Overview in Tempo Planner 4.0 for JIRA Server will help you do exactly just that.
This new feature is intended to provide users with a high-level view to see plans for resources and to enable managers and team leads to assess resource availability and find available resources quickly.
New flexible resource management for every team
Until now, Tempo Planner users were limited to view plans for dedicated teams. We realized that many organization don’t work in fixed teams or have rotating team members in multiple teams.
With the Resource Overview, we’re moving away from a team centric approach and giving our users the option to view their resources in any way they chose using the Resource Filters.
View your resources by JIRA groups/users, roles, teams, or availability. The overview includes lists at the top of the page that allow you to limit the number of resources that you want to view.
Quickly find available people, see which users are currently planned for projects and their capacity to take on new ones.
The Resource Overview is available for versions of Tempo Planner 4.0 and higher for JIRA Server. This feature will be introduced for JIRA Cloud soon. Stay tuned to our blog for the latest updates.
